Mr. Anderson has lectured to the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators and the American Society of Appraisers on valuation matters.

Don has extensive experience in all aspects of public company finance and governance. He formerly held senior positions in corporate finance within major Canadian investment firms, practiced as a securities lawyer and has been a director of various other public and private Canadian corporations.

Mr. Dutton holds a BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia and a MBA from the Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom. Mr. Dutton is currently the president and CEO, and a founding director of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. whose shares are publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol IB. Mr. Dutton is also a principal at Primary Capital Group and a director of several public and private companies, both in Canada and the United States.
