Hubert has more than thirty years experience in mineral exploration and development. He commenced his career with the United Nations in West Africa, then joined the BRGM (France) where he rose to become International Director and on the Boards of number of companies including La Source SAS and Mine Or SA. He has widespread experience and many contacts throughout the French-speaking world and mis the author of numerous scientific papers and several textbooks on mineral exploration techniques.

Kevan commenced his industrial career with eight years in Australia as a geologist with BHP. This was followed by more than 30 years as an independent consultant involved in mineral exploration and development projects throughout the world for both major and small companies. He is currently Director of a number of companies involved in mineral exploration and is retained as adviser by several London investment organisations.

| Joseph Giacalone, M.A. Position: Consultant -- Germanium -- Tres Marias
Joe has over 30 years experience as a research scientist. He has worked with the US Department of Defence and the US Atomic Energy Commission. He was one of only a handful of scientists at the forefront of developing applications for gallium and germanium. His work aided in the development of today's new age semiconductors and transistors. Joseph has lectured extensively at several renowned US universities and is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
