| War Eagle Mining Company Inc. (TSXV:WAR) is an experienced junior exploration mining company publicly listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since 1987 and based in Vancouver, Canada.
War Eagle's primary exploration property is the Tres Marias property. The Company has suspended operations and is developing a work plan to determine how to best proceed with exploring the Tres Marias property. The Tres Marias property is located in the northeast corner of Chihuahua State, Mexico and consists of nine exploration concessions covering a total of 2,831 hectares.
The Company also has interests in the MAC property located in the Northwest Territories, Canada and the George's Lake property, located in Saskatchewan, Canada. War Eagle has entered into an option agreement to arrange for the sale of the MAC property and is actively seeking to acquire additional mineral exploration projects with strong prospects.
War Eagle's experienced board of directors, management and consultants will continue to seek profitable acquisitions, and explore, develop and capitalize its existing properties to generate shareholder value. The Company has strong institutional support and is currently working with several key strategic partners to formulate a strategic business plan to develop its assets by joint venture or other key transactions.
