| War Eagle Mining Company Inc. (TSXV:WAR) is an experienced junior exploration mining company publicly listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since 1987 and based in Vancouver, Canada.
War Eagle's primary exploration property is the Tres Marias property which is located in the northeast corner of Chihuahua State, Mexico and consists of nine exploration concessions covering a total of 2,831 hectares.
War Eagle has initiated a reverse takeover transaction with Andromeda Resources Inc., a private company that has an agreement to purchase the Terrazas zinc - copper property also near Chihuahua, Mexico. The Company's transaction with Andromeda includes the plan for the development of Tres Marias with that of Andromeda's optioned Terrazas property. The synergies between Andromeda and War Eagle are expected to provide a strong base for developing the resulting company into an emerging zinc producer.
The Company also has interests in the MAC property located in the Northwest Territories, Canada and the George's Lake property, located in Saskatchewan, Canada and is working to secure a return on investments previously made by partnering with third parties.
War Eagle's experienced board of directors, management and consultants will continue to seek profitable acquisitions, and explore, develop and capitalize its existing properties to generate shareholder value. The Company has strong institutional support and is currently working to formulate a strategic business plan to develop its assets through joint ventures or key transactions.
