| War Eagle Mining Company Inc. is a Canadian junior exploration mining company publicly listed in Canada since 1987. War Eagle's experienced board will continue the development of the 100% owned former producing Tres Marias high grade germanium and zinc mine in Chihuahua Mexico. The company is committed and financially capable of delivering a feasibility study in 2007 with the intentions to bring the Tres Marias mine back into production. War Eagle originally acquired the Tres Marias Mine in 2001, during a period of depressed metal prices.
War Eagle Mining Company Inc. has also acquired a suite of mineral exploration projects that were carefully selected for the their potential to yield high returns in their respective expanding markets.
